After visiting Old Faithful, we drove towards Canyon Lodge where we would bunk for the night. Saw lots of pretty sights along the way - Lake Yellowstone and a river otter were among them. I wasn't quite sure what I saw at first and frantically told Brady I saw a seal!

We had seen bison here and there along our drive but then we found a ton of them in two large beautiful pasture areas. Traffic came to a complete stop as they made their way across the road. These creatures cracked me up when they talk. They are so large and odd looking and I fell in love with them. It was fun to have the windows down and watch Hailey and Hunter look at them passing right by our vehicle.
