A long time ago Hailey saw an episode on Sesame Street where they were painting the number of the day on a sheet outside between two trees. She has wanted to do that ever since she saw that done. She reminded me of it this week so we went to my favorite store - Lakeshore and picked up a few painting supplies. She was thrilled to paint her masterpiece. She even told me that sometimes artists speak Chinese when they paint. I didn't know that! Her painting was about a racoon in the night by his home, underneath the stars and fireworks.
