I love seeing my plants that have been in a dormant state start springing back to life. I began weeding a little bit over the weekend and preparing the herb bed and garden spot. The strawberry patch is happy and my teeny tiny rose bushes are getting bigger finally. The berry bushes are much larger and spreading. They may overtake the grapes. I hope to plant a few things in the upcoming week or so. Gardening at this time of year makes me happy. Everything is so green and fresh - unlike the middle of summer which is hot, sticky and full of mosquitoes. So I thought I would snap a few pictures of a few of the things that are springing back to life that I have already planted.
